•yay or nay?•


Kiwi Rose Champagne Cocktail. With organic kiwi, ginger simple syrup, and Bulgarian rose water. Would you order it? xox

  1. Even *I* might order that. It sounds incredible, and I think it looks beautiful too! I kind of adore the kiwi seeds floating in there. I'm curious though: Is that T's deep-in-thought look, or his skeptical look? ;-)

  2. looks pretty, but honestly, i don't think i would order it. kiwi-rose-champagne sounds much too sweet to me, too many things going on.
    I like the idea of rose&champagne alone tho, and ginger&champagne sounds dynamite -- THAT i would certainly order!

  7. Lis, it's probably the case that neither my mother nor I are the folks from whom you want to be taking advice on bartending/drink design. (Sorry mom--though I think you're probably with me on this one.) For instance, I am, frankly, intrigued by the idea of a cocktail called "Swamp Thing." I leave it to you to determine the usefulness of that information.
